RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Smart Accesxories, we want you to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

A return or exchange request may be considered if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• An item is missing from your order.
• The product received is materially different from the item ordered.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Products must be returned:

• In their original condition.
• With original packaging where possible.
• With included accessories, manuals and other contents.
• Without physical damage caused after delivery.

Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification may not qualify for return or exchange.

COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for checking device compatibility before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a charger, cable, case, smartwatch, microphone or other accessory is compatible with your device, please contact us before ordering.

HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

For hygiene reasons, opened in-ear products such as earbuds or handsfree may have restricted return eligibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

CHANGE OF MIND

Change-of-mind returns are subject to approval and the product must be unused, unopened and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping charges may apply.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed using the available refund method after the returned product has been inspected.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective due to an error on our side.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply instead.

Smart Accesxories reserves the right to refuse a return where the product does not meet the conditions described above.
